Martha Stewart's Dreamers into Doers Event, Part Two

Hello again!

Welcome to Part Two of the Dreamers into Doers adventure!  (If you missed Part One, click here).

Today you’ll be meeting some of the fabulous women behind some of your favorite blogs and websites!  Exciting, right?!!

I thought it would be cool to introduce you to these girls not only because it’s fun to see the faces behind the sites, but also for another reason.  These girls are real.

Just like you and me, real.  Wives, moms, working girls who had an idea…a dream…and pursued it.  And worked hard.  And became successful.  Something that YOU can do, too.  Truly.

So, have fun meeting these great girls, but more importantly, be inspired, knowing that you can make your dreams come true, too!

There were 80 remarkable women at this event, and while I wasn’t able to get to know everyone personally, there was a select handful (hereby known as “my girls”) that I got to spend some fun, quality time with.  These girls are super talented, incredibly smart and beautiful inside and out!  Ready to meet “My Girls?”  Here we go!  dscn6103-6205450

Left to right:  Yours truly.  Yes, that’s me on the end being silly. 🙂

Nancy (A to Zebra Celebrations):  Nancy is a creative party girl at heart and she’s so sweet!  Handmade banners, table runners and party hats are her specialty.  Stop by and pay her a visit! Nikki (NikkiInStitches.com):  Nikki is the next Martha!  She is crazy crafty and ridiculously talented…not to mention that she’s cute as a button! Aimee (Lulu Pink Parties):  Aimee has an energy about her that is contagious.  She gets really excited about things (just like me!) so, of course I fell in love with her right away!  Aimee plans events in Louisiana and just got an adorable new blog layout.  Check it out!  Kristen (3 Little Birds Boutique):  Kristen is a self-taught jewelry designer.  Her pieces are beautiful!  She’s got a smile that will light up the room and she’s flat-out fun!  Look for a special Valentine’s giveaway collaboration with Kristen right here on PFP beginning Feb. 1st!

Here are my girls again, with more of my girls!

Laura (Eye Candy Event Details):  Her story brought tears to my eyes!  Laura believes that it’s the details that make an event special, and this girl knows how to tend to the details!  🙂 Terri (CrafyWorkinMommy):  Terri is the cake ball queen…and a girl after my own heart!  I knew I liked this girlie right away!  🙂 Heather (The Sewing Loft):  This girl has got some mad sewing skills and her products are precious!  In fact, her toddler “To Go” backpacks have been nominated for the Cribsie Award! jenandkimbyers-8504059 You may recognize Kim from The Celebration Shoppe.  I’m a huge fan of Kim’s designs so it was really exciting to meet her in person!  (Don’t judge my hair…it was a very bad hair day due to the weather)! dscn6083-2871156 dscn6028-9981436 jenandaimee-7521004
